The schnitzel is the heart of our menu. We serve it fresh and in all sizes and variations. For big and small eaters, as cordon bleu, in burgers or in pumpkin seed batter, for the little ones and for the whole family.

It all started in 1996 with just three dishes: the giant Viennese, the giant cordon bleu and the baked Emmental. Since then our menu has grown considerably. We serve down-to-earth traditional Austrian fare, a large selection of salads and traditional desserts for every taste. We have tasty alternatives for our vegetarian and vegan guests, such as our juicy seitan schnitzel, crispy baked mushrooms and aromatic falafel balls.

We only use Austrian produce for our schnitzels and meat dishes, sourced directly from the region. The products are delivered fresh daily and are used up at the end of the day. In addition to taste and quality, our main priority is top service and excellent value for money.

Our suppliers

We value long-term partnerships: We have been working with the same partners since the 3 Goldenen Kugeln restaurants opened up – Gastro Haring, for example. We mostly cook using ingredients from regional production. Not just because it tastes better. But also, because the products arrive in our kitchens fresh every day and the delivery routes are short.

Meat with seal of quality
Our fine turkey comes from the premium market leader “Pöttelsdorfer Putenspezialitäten”. Our first choice for pork products is “F. Krainer” from Southern Styria. Both partners have been awarded international certificates and quality seals for decades.
Real Styrian pumpkin seed oil
We dress our salads with genuine Styrian pumpkin seed oil. This natural product is pressed especially for us and it is always sourced from Styria.
Vegetables from the region
Our fresh vegetables and salads come from suppliers we trust. And they are always based near the respective branch.
Milk from happy cows
We only use fresh milk from the Möstl family's mountain farm in Semriach. And this includes our crispy schnitzel batter.
Bread and breadcrumbs from Styrian bakeries
Our crunchy rolls and burger buns come from the Wolf bakery in Andritz. The traditional bakery Kern in Graz Mariatrost supplies us with breadcrumbs for our crispy batter.
Thirst quenchers: BrauUnion, Grapos & homemade
With help from our partners from the beverage wholesale trade, Grapos and BrauUnion, we serve our guests soft drinks (including lemonade) and draught beer. We also have new homemade drinks on the menu.
